33 panels installed (13,190W) · 39.2 kWh storage · 11kW+ inverter capacity · Dual-system architecture — all complete
⚡ 13,190W Total Solar (33 panels — all installed)
13,190W installed (33 panels) · 39.2 kWh battery (9× Lifepower4) · 11kW+ inverter ·
2× Cerbo GX · 2× Chargeverters · 4× EG4 Hybrid AC units (all installed)
⚡ Architecture note: House and shop are
independent systems — not interconnected. Each has its own Cerbo GX, Smart Shunt, battery bank, and inverter.
🔋 Rolling Solar Array: 2× ZNshine 370W panels in parallel (~740W) on a portable rolling frame. Built for mobile solar charging — currently configured for the Anker Solix F3800 (accepts up to 1200W solar input). Future plans include van charging with proper MPPT + DC-DC converter.
❄️ Cooling: All AC units are EG4 Hybrid (AC/DC). Solar-direct panels bypass the inverter and batteries entirely — they power cooling directly during sunny hours but contribute nothing to battery charging. The units can also run from grid/battery via their AC side when solar isn't available.
📡 Monitoring: Both Cerbo GX devices run Venus OS and are accessible on the local network. VRM Portal provides remote monitoring at
vrm.victronenergy.com.
📐 Blueprint: Rolling solar canopy blueprint saved on NVMe — wood frame design, panel mounting, and wiring diagram for future expansion.
